The Yarn Harlot is coming back!

The Yarnery is hosting the Yarn Harlot again now that her new book is almost released.

I dragged Amber to this last time around, and she seemed to enjoy herself despite the estrogen-rich environment and certain people being dorky about Canadian trivia.

I've got two tickets on hold for me at the Yarnery, you guys should grab tickets too!

(btw, I'm thinking of yarnventuring through St. Paul sometime this weekend, partially to pick up the tickets, and also because I have a hankering for something pretty, and I think that between Borealis, the Yarnery, and 3 Kittens, I should be able to find it).

I almost forgot yarn.

I had to turn around and go back home when I was a block away because I realized I'm close to a color change and forgot to grab the color-change yarn. So, we're on for tonight right?

So it's all handmade items... Sunday, February 10th at 10 AM at the uptown VFW. Click through for details and stuff. It looks like it could be fun. I'm lifting my ban on buying anything new in the month of February for this event only. I've justified it in my head, but I fear it isn't logical. Like, wanting to buy another messanger bag knowing full and well I have plenty of functional ones at home.

I turned down hockey tickets for knit night, so we better be meeting. :)

So, it's mostly crochet. Weird. Well, if anyone is interested in making little monsters and chainsaws in crochet... now would be the time.
