The Dalek (who really needs a name) is made of Cascade 220, and was knit on size 3 DPNs, size 2 DPNs for the appendages. He's about 8" tall and extremely cuddly.
I do plan on reinforcing the appendages with a bit of wire. At some point.

Also, you should maybe post the PDF of your modified pattern with the readable rows and such!
