Ghosts: Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde
No eyes in the original game. It was just a yellow puck (original name Puck-Man) with an opening for the mouth.
I concur with Jumi that the eye would've been just to bothersome to program.

The orange ghost's name has changed from Clyde to Sue. (Sue would later become a purple female ghost in Pac-Land, appearing alongside Clyde.)
